The intensity of Red Curry comes from the heat of hot paprika and cayenne, balanced by the warm notes of turmeric. Cumin, fenugreek, and clove add depth, while anise and fennel introduce a subtle sweetness. Bay leaf and salt round out the blend.
It works wonderfully in stews, rice dishes, meat, vegetable sautés, marinades, and creative sauces. Interestingly, the concept of “curry” varies widely around the world, making this mix ideal for experimenting.
