Made from carefully selected bananas, banana chips can be enjoyed as a snack or added to granola, trail mixes, baked goods, and desserts. They’re also great for adding a touch of sweetness and crunch to curries, rice dishes, or even salads.
Fun fact: In parts of Southeast Asia, banana chips are traditionally made with green bananas, giving them a firmer texture and more neutral taste.
