The Especias Pedroza Online Store has a well marked return policy established in the contracting conditions.

This return policy is applied to any product purchased in the Especias Pedroza online store.

Our customers can return the products ordered within 10 days of receiving it.

The return policy can lead if:

-       The product is not returned damaged

-       The package has not been opened.

-       Returned products must include the original tags.


Items cannot be exchanged if the item is out of stock.

Especias Pedroza reserves the right to deny reimbursement if merchandise and items are deemed to have been damaged. Our maximum responsibility is limited to the return if a packaging, transport or product in poor condition for consumption is detected.

All Especias Pedroza products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.

Shipping way, Costs and delivery time

Especias Pedroza sends orders to its customers through different transport companies, depending on the size of the order. CORREOS EXPRESS will be used for goods or shipments, , and for heavy packages or pallets, the company in charge will be Transportes GEFCO. The delivery date to the client's home depends on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping área. The delivery time in the case of orders in the Peninsula takes 3-5 working days. International deliveries normally takes 1-2 weeks. The indicated transport times are indicative.

The shipping costs can be checked on the Web when placing the order and in advance of its confirmation.

There is also a shipping calculation simulator on the web available to our customers.

The delivery is considered completed from the moment the product is made available to the Customer by the carrier and the recipient signs the delivery receipt. It is the responsibility of the recipient to verify the products upon receipt of them and to expose all the exceptions and claims that may be justified.


Return policy


The User may return any item that has been purchased through as long as it is for the following reasons:

- Art. 102 of Law 3/2014 of March 27 confers on the Customer the right to return the requested order within a period of 3 days from receipt thereof, prior communication to Especias Pedroza within that period, with a refund of the price you would have paid for it.

- You can return the item purchased as long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the product is not sent in perfect condition, with its original and unused packaging.

 - The entire order must be returned. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. The customer must meet the direct return costs.

 - In accordance with the law, returns of products that have been unsealed will not be accepted, except in cases of defective merchandise. - If the product is defective, in 3 days the customer can also choose to replace the product. - Refund for defects caused in transport or error in shipping.

In these cases, Especias Pedroza will return the purchase money, within 30 days of receiving the User's communication requesting the return. This will be done in the same means of payment that was used to pay for the purchase, or by bank transfer to the account indicated by the User.
